The MLW100 is a water-cooled grinding machine that is ideal for processing tubes up to a diameter of 114 mm. Thanks to its orbital grinding system, the pipes are not rotated during the grinding process; instead, the grinding belts rotate around the tube, which enables even processing. This design reduces vibrations and enables a precise and burr-free surface  on straight tubes.

The machine’s wet operation not only ensures efficient cooling, but also prevents the build-up of dust in the sanding area. The closed water cooling system continuously filters and recirculates the water, which minimizes maintenance requirements. The MLW100 is available in different versions with up to four processing stations, which speeds up the workflow and enables simultaneous processing of different metals such as stainless steel and aluminum.
