The throughfeed belt grinders in the FGW series offer a versatile solution for grinding bars, profiles and small parts. With water-cooled grinding, they enable precise and efficient results.
Equipped with two to eight sanding stations and a processing width of 170 to 330 mm, these machines are ideal for water-cooled surface processing.

Thanks to their flexibility, the continuous belt grinding machines in the FGW series, such as FGW 170, FGW 220 and FGW 330, can process workpieces of various lengths and shapes. With up to eight grinding stations and a processing width of 170 to 330 mm, they enable precise water-cooled grinding and are suitable for bar profiles, profiles, bar material and small parts.
The machines ensure excellent surface quality and are optionally available with a touch display or a control panel with push buttons. An integrated filter unit for the cooling water removes sanding dust and extends the service life of the machine.
The FGW series impresses with its simple operation, versatility and burr-free, high-quality surfaces, regardless of the length or material of the workpieces.
